For the implementation of Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, Planning for the Development of the Energy-Saving and New Energy Automobile Industry (2021-2035), Strategies for the Innovative Development of Intelligent Vehicles, Industrial Action Plan of Internet of Vehicles (Intelligent and Connected Vehicle), and in order to enhance the cybersecurity management of internet of vehicles (intelligent and connected vehicle), improve the capability of cybersecurity control, as well as stimulate a healthy development for internet of vehicles (intelligent and connected vehicle), MIIT drafted Notice on Enhancing Cybersecurity for Internet of Vehicles (Intelligent and Connected Vehicle) (draft for comment) (see annex for further detail, hereinafter referred to as “the Notice”).
