Based on official documents including Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on the Establishment of a Unified Green Product Standard, Certification and Marking System (publications of General office of State Council No.〔2016〕-86), Announcement of the State Administration for Market Regulation on the Release of the List of Green Product Evaluation Standards and the Certification Catalogue (the first batch)(official announcement of SAMR 2018 No.2)， Announcement of the State Administration for Market Regulation on the Release of the List of Green Product Evaluation Standards and the Certification Catalogue (the second batch)(official announcement of SAMR 2020 No.59), Certification and Accreditation Administration has revised the first batch of implementation rules (12 documents) on green product, and has additionally established 2 new implementation rules on plastic products and detergents. All the documents mentioned above is hereby published.
As of the date of this Notice, the provisions regulated in the Notice on the Qualification Requirements of Green Product Certification Institutes and the first batch of Certification Implementation Rules (CNCA notice No. 6 of 2020) is abolished. All certification institutes that are approved should carry out certification and certificate issuance in comply with the new document. All awarded valid certificates stays effective. The transition of the certificate will be conducted naturally by certificate renewal, product change and standard transitions.
