To enhance the intellectual property management, protect the intellectual property and Essential Patent of standards of the China Electricity Council, protect the profits of the patentee/patent applicant and the public, and promote the standard development and implementation, the Committee has formulated the Standard Administrative Method for Intellectual Properties of the China Electricity Council, which now is granted to print and distribute. The Technical committees under CEC management should comply this IPR policy in their standards developing process.
