In order to implement the "Notice of the General Office of the State Council on the Implementation Plan for Practically Solving the Difficulties of the Elderly in Using Intelligent Technology" ([2020] No. 45), to further solve the difficulties encountered by the elderly in the application of intelligent technology in the field of bank assurance, at the end of March 2021, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission issued the "Notice of the General Office of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission on Banking and Insurance Institutions to Practically Solve the Difficulties of the Elderly in Using Intelligent Technology", which is an important part of maintaining and improving traditional financial service methods, enhancing the facilitation of online consumption, and promoting 16 clear requirements in applying age-appropriate transformation, strengthening education, publicity and training, and ensuring information security.
