This Standard specifies basic principles and recommendations for the use and control of key chemical substances in consumer products.

This Standard is applicable to the use and control of key chemical substances in consumer products.

Since it is based on the EU “REACH Regulation ((EC) No 1907/2006)”, it is considered as a China REACH standard.
