When engaging in app personal information processing activities, the user should be informed of the rules of personal information processing in clear and understandable language, and the user should make a voluntary and clear expression of intention on the premise of full support;

According to the minimum necessity provisions, engaging in app personal information processing activities should have clear and reasonable control, and follow the principle of minimum necessity, and should not engage in personal information processing activities beyond the scope of user consent or irrelevant to service scenarios.
