On December 19^th2020, the NDRC and MOFCOM issued measures for security inspections to foreign-invested companies. This document lists out the range of foreign investment that should go over security inspection including the military industry, critical infrastructures, and critical products that are related to national security.

The Measurement also clarifies the definition of ‘actual control’ to the company, which determines whether a foreign-invested company should go over security inspection or not.
