Key messages are as follows:
To ensure the smooth implementation of the mandatory product certification (CCC) of explosion-proof electrical appliances, household gas appliances and household refrigerators with a specified capacity of more than 500L (hereinafter referred to as CCC), and to help manufacturers to obtain the CCC certificate as soon as possible under the normal conditions of epidemic prevention and control
Based on ensuring the effectiveness of CCC certification, actively recognize the conformity assessment results of the international bilateral and multilateral mutual recognition system that China has joined, accept the examination and test results of the production license of industrial products, adopt other voluntary certification evaluation information, avoid repeated evaluation, shorten the certification time limit and reduce the certification cost.
If it is inconvenient for certification bodies to send inspectors to inspect overseas factories directly due to the epidemic situation, they are encouraged to conduct factory inspections of overseas enterprises by means of remote audit through network platforms or by entrustment of overseas institutions.
For the application process of CCC, the relevant agencies need to arrange personnel to communicate with enterprises one by one, in order to intensify policy stable cross and initiative to provide technical services. As far as possible to help enterprises obtaining certification before October 1, 2020, which avoid delaying certified for as enterprise fallen behind the policies and technical requirements, then lead to negative effect on product imports, sales.
