In accordance with the 'Announcement of the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Carrying Out the Certification of Secondary Use Products of New Energy Vehicle Power Batteries' (No. 7 of 2023) and the 'Announcement of the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Release of the Catalog of Certification of Secondary Use Products of New Energy Vehicle Power Batteries (First Batch) and the Establishment of the Technical Committee for Certification of Secondary Use Products of New Energy Vehicle Power Batteries' (No. 41 of 2023), the State Administration for Market Regulation has formulated the 'Implementation Rules for the Certification of Secondary Use Products of New Energy Vehicle Power Batteries - Fixed Secondary Use Batteries'. This is hereby announced and will be implemented from the date of publication.
