On 16 June 2022, MIIT issued a call for public opinions on the seven mandatory standards (drafts for comments). The deadline to submit comments is 16 August 2022. The development of these standards was driven by domestic needs and did not originate as a conversion of international standards, therefore relevant foreign companies are advised to examine the drafts carefully and provide feedback in a timely manner (if you need the Chinese and English versions of these standards or want to feedback your comments, please contact us).
