• SAMR, CAC, MPS will set up a technical committee for network security service certification which includes

• government departments

• scientific research institutions

• certification institutions

• standardisation institutions

• network security service certification agencies must carry out the certification work according to client, industry and regulatory demands

• network security service certification body must disclose the certification fee standards and the status of the certification certificate
