o   promoting green and low-carbon  transformation of the construction industry

·       promoting green building materials

·       promoting energy-saving construction equipment

·       building green and low-carbon counties and villages improving green and low-carbon  levels of counties building green and energy-saving infrastructure

·       reinforcing the control of construction density and intensity in counties

·       promoting the construction of green and low-carbon farmhouses

·       promoting low-carbon treatment of domestic waste and sewage

·       promoting the application of renewable energy

·       safeguard measures improving laws, regulations and measurement systems

·       setting up an integrated mechanism of production, education and research

·       improving financial and fiscal support policies
