SPB is calling for comment on revised   'Management measures on standardisation in the postal industry'  until   15 Aug 2022. Main revisions include

• improving  types of standards and specifying corresponding management measures

• eliminating mandatory industry standards

• adding new types of standards

• local standards

• group standards

• adjusting regulations on national and industry standards

• clarifying technical requirements that should be developed as national or industry standards        

• basic standards 

• service guarantee standards

• service operation standards

• service provision standards

• informatisation standards

• modifying standards-setting procedures

• fully opening project application channels

• improving standards-setting efficiency: generally no more than 18 months

• ensuring the quality of standards content

• adjusting  regulations on enterprise standards

• abolishing the enterprise standards filing system

• enterprises making declarations on standards they implement

• setting up  a feedback and evaluation mechanism for the implementation of  standards

• adding provisions for conducting pilot demonstrations of standardisation

• actively   participating in international standardisation activities
