In the end of 2021, China released two national standardization-related policies for industrial internet:
Industrial Internet Security Standard System (2021)
Issued on December 9, 2021 by the Alliance of Industrial Internet, National Industrial Security Industry Alliance, and the Commercial Encryption Application Promotion Standards Working Group of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and under the guidance of the Cyber Security Administration (CSA) of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT)
The industrial Internet security standard system includes three categories, 16 subdivisions, and 76 specific directions, including classified and hierarchical security protection, security management, and security application services. Accelerate the establishment of a classified and hierarchical Internet security management system, strengthen the security protection capabilities of industrial Internet companies and promote the significant supporting role of the high-quality development of the Internet security industry.

Issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and Standardization Administration of China (SAC) on November 24, 2021.
The main goals stated in the document include:
By 2023, the industrial Internet standard system will continue to be improved. Formulate more than 15 basic common standards such as terminology, general requirements, supply chain/industrial chain, talents, etc., and more than 40 key technical standards such as "5G﹢Industrial Internet", information models, industrial big data, security protection, more than 25 application standards in key industries such as automobiles, information, steel, light industry (household appliances), equipment manufacturing, aerospace, petrochemicals, etc.
By 2025, develop more than 100 industrial Internet key technologies, products, management and application standards, build a unified, integrated, and open industrial Internet standard system, forming a health situation in which standards are widely used and keep pace with the international advanced level.
