Fifteen Ministries Including MIIT Jointly Issue the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for Robot Industry Development/工信部等十五部门联合发布《 “十四五” 机器人产业发展规划》 

On December 21, 2021, 15 ministries including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) jointly issued the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for Robot Industry Development.
 
The main goals include:

By 2025, a batch of core robot technologies and high-end products will achieve breakthroughs, the overall indicators of the complete machine will reach the international advanced level, and the performance and reliability of key components will reach the international level of their counterpart; the average annual growth rate of the robot industry’s operating income will exceed 20%; 3-5 industrial clusters with international influence will be built up; the density of manufacturing robots will double.
