On December 30, 2021, General Administration of Customs (GAC), Ministry of Commerce (MofCOM), Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) issued Notice on Releasing Added Catalogue for Comprehensive Bonded Area Maintenance Products,(hereinafter referred to as “the Notice”)

In the Notice, it specified that:

·   Allowing the following businesses and services 

·   aircraft internal combustion engine, aircraft landing gear and UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) maintenance

·   bonded maintenance of catalogue-prohibited imported used mechanical and electrical products is allowed under qualified environmental and safety standards 

·   bonded maintenance of domestic products does not fall under maintenance catalogue restrictions
