On December 16, 2021, General Administration of Customs (GAC) issued Notice on Implementing PRC Customs-Approved Exporters Management Measures, specifying:

·   approved exporters should submit their application for accreditation through either of the following channels  

·   https://www.singlewindow.cn

·   http://online.customs.gov.cn

·   qualified applicants will be granted accreditation letters by the customs authority
