On October 28, 2021, Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) released Notice on launching dedicated regulation work regarding EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) firms and engineers' honesty files (hereinafter referred to as “the Notice”).

The Notice covered following contents:

        - investigating EIA firms and engineers that have set up honesty files on the EIA credit platform

        - cracking down on fraudulent honesty files, firms and engineers

        - increase accountability, transparency and credibility of EIA system
