Quality Management Practice for Clinical Trials of Medical Devices is passed by the China Food and Drug Administration at the administration affairs meeting, National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People's Republic of China at the commission directors meeting, is hereby promulgated and shall go into effect as of June 1, 2016.
