Minimum allowable values   of the energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for household and   similar kitchen appliances

It specifies energy   efficiency levels, energy efficiency limits and test methods for household   and similar kitchen appliances.
  This document applies to the following types of household and similar kitchen   appliances:
  -- Rice cookers heated by electric heating elements or electromagnetic   induction with rated power not more than 2200w;
  --  Electric pressure cookers with   automatic control of working pressure, heating by electric heating element or   electromagnetic induction, rated power not more than 2200W, rated volume not   more than 10L, rated cooking pressure of 40kPa-140kPa(gauge pressure);
  -- Electric saucepan and electric stew pot with rated voltage not exceeding   AC 250V and rated power not exceeding 2200W;
  -- Electric kettles with a rated voltage of not more than 250V AC, which can   be poured from the spout by holding the handle and tilting the body, used   only for boiling and heating the water to boiling point and without automatic   filling function:
  - Electromagnetic cooktops with one or more heating units, each with a rated   power of 700W~3500W:-
  Microwave ovens with a maximum rated input power of 2500W and below,   utilizing electromagnetic energy in the ISM band at a frequency of 2450MHz   and heating items and food in the furnace chamber by resistive electric   heating elements, including combined microwave ovens.
  It does not apply to the following types of kitchen appliances:
  -- Commercial electromagnetic cooktops, power frequency electromagnetic   cooktops and concave cooktops;
  - Commercial microwave ovens, industrial microwave ovens and microwave ovens   with range hoods.
