On April 26, 2022, State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) issued its plan for 2022 legislative work, specifying following main contents:

II. drafting and revising 55 departmental rules, those related to standardization 

• Special Equipment Safety Supervision Management Rules 

• National Standards Management Rule 

• Enterprises Standards Management Rule 

• Medical Devices Producing Management Rule

III. Some Laws and Regulations need to be finished in 2 years

• China Certification and Accreditation Regulation 

• China Agriculture Standardization Management Rule

• China Sector Standards Management Rule

• Management Rule for International Standards Adoption
