On November 22, 2021, Certification and Accreditation Administration of China (CNCA) issued draft of the Regulations on Certification and Accreditation (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulations”) to call for comments.
The Regulations are first released by the State Council on September 3, 2003. The document has gone through 2 revisions in June of 2016, and the current effective version in November of 2020.
The latest draft mainly revised following contents:
· absorbing reform results of administrative streamlining
· improving overall requirements for certification and accreditation
· improving certification system
· regulating inspection and testing in a separate chapter
· improving accreditation system
· improving supervision and management system
· improving supervision and management system
